I had a great stay here. For me, the best part was how easy it was to get around, the beach and shops were only a few minutes away, which made everything feel super convenient.

Overall, it was an okay all-inclusive experience. The food was decent and the drinks were fine, but nothing really stood out or made it feel special. I think what I realized is that with an all-inclusive, you’re really paying for the ease of not having to think about meals or drinks, and that part was nice. Still, for the price, I expected a little more quality or something memorable. Not bad by any means, just not quite as good as I hoped

Was surprised by how good the drinks were. Cocktails tasted fresh, weren’t too weak, and the bartenders got them out fast even when the place was busy. Had coffee in the morning too, and it was actually really nice. Would definitely give 5 stars just for the drinks.

I had such a good stay here. The bed was super comfy, and the room stayed nice and quiet, so you can actually get a great night’s sleep every night.

I booked without any hassle and the whole thing was quick. For a simple reservation like mine, it worked just fine.

Overall, the food was good most days. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of options, so I never felt stuck eating the same thing. A few dishes came out a bit cold here and there, which made me wonder how long they’d been sitting out, but the taste was usually nice. The desserts were definitely my favorite part. I’d give the food 4 stars.

I’m a bit biased because I always judge a place by its pool, and this one really won me over. It was clean, a good size, and there were plenty of loungers so we didn’t feel like we had to fight for a spot. The water was just right too, not freezing like some hotel pools can be. We ended up spending most afternoons there, and the kids absolutely loved it. For me, the pool area was definitely one of the best parts of the stay.

The spa was nice overall, but it didn’t really wow me. The massage felt a little rushed, and I was expecting clearer instructions on what to do when I arrived and how everything worked. It was an okay experience, just not as relaxing or smooth as I hoped

The breakfast was way better than I expected. There was always a bunch of fresh stuff out, the coffee was actually good, and somehow the staff kept refilling everything almost the second it ran low. I’m not saying there’s some secret breakfast operation happening behind the scenes, but it definitely felt a little too well-organized in the best way. Simple setup, but it made our stay so much nicer...

The hotel felt really looked after. No broken stuff around, nothing messy. My room was cleaned every day, which was nice. Pool area too. Always tidy and easy to relax in.

I stayed at a Sentido hotel getting around was probably the least stressful part of the trip. The airport transfer was easy to arrange, the bus stop was really close, and we only grabbed taxis from the hotel when we needed them. I blame myself a bit for overthinking it beforehand because we really didn’t need a car most days. It made the whole holiday feel a lot more relaxed.

The room wasn’t awful, but it definitely could’ve been cleaner. There was dust on the shelves, and the bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I mentioned it, I felt a bit talked down to instead of actually listened to, which made the whole experience more frustrating...

I stayed at a Sentido hotel for a week, and overall it was fine. The room was clean, the staff were polite enough, and nothing was really “bad” in the basic sense. It just had that slightly confusing feeling where you’re not totally sure who’s actually responsible for fixing things when something comes up.
The biggest issue for me was the noise at night. We could hear music from the bar going on late, then early in the morning there were people walking and talking in the hallway. I mentioned it, but it felt like one of those situations where reception, the bar, and whoever manages the rooms all kind of point in different directions, so you’re left wondering whose problem it actually is.

I still had a decent holiday, and I don’t want to make it sound like the whole trip was ruined. But I was expecting something a bit more relaxing, especially for a week away. I’d maybe stay again, but only if I could be sure the room was in a much quieter spot and someone clearly owned the noise issue

Check-in was okay overall, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. The staff were friendly enough, so I can’t really complain too much, but the front desk seemed a bit busy and not very organized. After traveling, who really wants to stand around waiting longer than necessary? We got our room in the end and nothing major went wrong, but I was just hoping for a quicker process. Average experience for me.

Stayed here recently the staff were so friendly it was almost ridiculous. Check-in was quick and easy, and every person we talked to was smiling, helpful, and just really pleasant without making it feel forced.

The room had a couple of small things that could’ve been better, but nothing that really bothered us. The whole place felt relaxed mostly because of the people working there, and I’d happily stay again.

It was a nice hotel for what we paid. The price felt fair, the stay was comfortable, and I'd be happy to book here again.

Support did get back to me, so I appreciate that, but it took longer than I was hoping. My gut feeling is they’re probably helpful once they get to your request, just not the fastest if you need something handled quickly.

I loved the quiet, grown-up vibe here. It was so peaceful and easy to relax that I’m blaming whoever runs this for making it way too hard to leave.

I booked this place mostly because I wanted easy beach access, and while the beach was technically close enough to walk to, it wasn’t quite what I expected.
